John Gude serves as a Managing Director of Boyden Global Executive Search through their Chicago office.
John Gude serves as an active member of these three global practice groups from the Chicago office of Boyden: Consumer, Industrial, and Technology. He has almost twenty years of experience in executive search in these three core practice areas, and it has all been with Boyden in Chicago.
Mr. Gude has a strong track record of recruiting senior executives across general management and all key functional areas of these three practices including sales, marketing, operations, technology, finance and human resources.
His experience base comprises large multinationals, diversified conglomerates, and emerging companies in private as well as publicly-held organizations.
John is also one of Boyden’s most senior consultants in the management of international search engagements, having directed key assignments in Europe, Asia, and Latin America while also serving the needs of offshore clients in North America. He has been recognized for transnational search management achievement through a special award from the Chairman.
Prior to Boyden, John served as General Manager in Chicago for Bozell, Jacobs, Kenyon & Eckhardt, the advertising and public relations firm. He had previously held similar positions in New York and London.
A graduate of Indiana University, he also holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
